I focus on the needs of my clients. My job is to get you a full measure of justice. This means uncovering the evidence, getting the witnesses’ depositions, and using qualified expert witnesses to explain and document your harms and losses. By aggressively prosecuting your case, I put the most pressure on the insurance company to offer you full compensation for how your life has been affected without the need of a trial. I generally settle about 90% of my cases, however if a trial is necessary, just know I have a proven record of winning large verdicts. An Explanation of the Peer Review Ratings Categories
There are two components to each Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating:
General Ethical Standards Rating
The General Ethical Standards Rating denotes adherence to professional standards of conduct and ethics, reliability, diligence and other criteria relevant to the discharge of professional responsibilities.
The General Recommendation Rating is:
V - Very High
A lawyer must receive a General Ethical Standards Rating before his or her review can proceed to the next step.
